Monarch Money Return Policy?
Monarch Money offers a refund policy for annual subscribers. Annual subscribers have 30 days from the start of their subscription to request a refund. The reimbursement can take 5-10 days to appear in the bank account. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. If the subscription was started through the Monarch website, contact Monarch directly to request a refund. If the subscription was started through the Apple App Store, the refund must be requested from Apple directly.

How To Open A Monarch Money Account?
To open an account on Monarch Money, follow these steps:
- Log in to the new Monarch account.
- Connect an account to begin exploring Monarch.
- After connecting an account, a checklist of tasks is provided to help get started.
- Connect as many accounts as possible before categorizing transactions, setting up rules or budgets.
- Navigate to the Institutions Settings page to add accounts, refresh all accounts, edit names, type, subtype, hide accounts, hide balances or transactions, and delete or close accounts.
- If experiencing issues with the connection to the financial institution, try a connection with a different data provider.
- If unable to connect to an account, include it as a manual account.
- The Data Settings page allows deleting all transactions or account balances across all accounts in Monarch before a certain date.
- If missing transactions or an account hasn’t recently synced, navigate to the Institutions Settings page to force refresh the accounts.
Please note, money cannot be moved in or out of bank accounts from within Monarch. Deleting transaction history or balance history permanently deletes this information and is not retrievable.
